My Story

Ishani Noble is founder and Director at Self Esteem New Zealand – an organisation dedicated to providing the tools and skills needed to develop positive self-esteem and self image.

In 2009 Ishani founded Self Esteem New Zealand and has been running self esteem enhancement courses to the public and for corporate clients including Prison Fellowship (NZ), Angel Tree, Scripture Union (NZ) and Community Fusion Uniting Upper Hutt.

Professional & Educational Experience:

Ishani is a Chartered Accountant in CAANZ – Australia and New Zealand. She holds a Bachelors’ degree in Accounting & Finance and a Diploma of Business Studies in Information Systems and is an accomplished flautist with a Licentiate Music teacher's diploma from Trinity College of music in London. She has been a CFO, Financial Consultant, Business Partnering Manager and coach in several public, private and charitable organisations. She also holds a high school teaching diploma and taught for several years at Tawa College.

Fully licensed mentor of Self esteem enhancement, Mastery and The Power of Connection reconciliation skills courses for the Kairos Foundation (A non-profit educational charity).

Certified Facilitator, Help-line approved facilitator and co-ordinator of courses for The Work of Byron Katie.

20 years experience mentoring, facilitating and leading personal development courses.

In 1996, I attend a Self Esteem enhancement workshop. I was astounded that the skills offered in this course produced a significant change in the client within a few hours. Years of unproductive thinking fell away as they reflected on their self talk then honestly and bravely embraced the truth of who they really were. When the opportunity to train in this field presented itself I grabbed it with both hands and the rest is history. Hundreds of lives transformed as clients change gears in their thinking about themselves, their skills, relationships and careers.
