What is "The Work of Byron Katie"?

The Work of Byron Katie (also known as The Work) is a simple yet powerful process of inquiry that teaches you to identify and question the thoughts that cause all the suffering in your world. It’s a way to understand what’s hurting you, and to address the cause of your problems with clarity. The Work enables you to gain more peace and freedom in your life. This technique is effective on all stressful thoughts - when applied with an open heart and mind.
